Chantel McNeely, a married mother of two young children, joined TEAM in 2020, encouraged by her husband, who is also a member of the TEAM family. As an operator in the grinding department, Chantel has brought enthusiasm and support to her role. She quickly became an indispensable member of the team, constantly seeking new challenges and opportunities for growth and became a setup lead in the department.

One of her favorite projects at TEAM was the robot training she received in Fargo. This experience allowed her to expand her skill set and further contribute to her success. Her dedication and passion for her work have not gone unnoticed, as she has steadily increased the rate and efficiency in her department.
