Terry Yonce – Maintenance Supervisor, TEAM Andrews

For 25 years, Terry Yonce has been a steady and reliable presence at the TEAM Andrews facility. With more than two decades of experience in his role as Maintenance Supervisor, Terry brings leadership, technical expertise, and a genuine dedication to keeping operations running at their best.

Terry’s journey began before TEAM Industries acquired the Andrews location in 2005. He originally applied to the facility as a way to relocate back to the area where he grew up, a decision that would ultimately shape a long and meaningful career. When the transition to TEAM Industries occurred, Terry stayed on, continuing to support the facility with the same commitment and pride he demonstrated from the start.

In his maintenance leadership role, Terry oversees the equipment, systems, and daily needs that keep the facility efficient and dependable. What has kept him engaged for so many years is the constant variety of the work. “It’s never the same two days in a row,” he shares. “There’s always something different to do.” That variety, paired with the ongoing challenges of a busy manufacturing environment is what makes his role both exciting and fulfilling.

Terry also reflects TEAM’s core value of Driving Innovation. To him, innovation simply means continuously getting better and finding ways to improve processes, solve new challenges, and support the long-term success of the facility. His approach is practical, consistent, and focused on progress, making him a strong example of innovation in everyday work.

When asked what he appreciates most about working at TEAM, Terry points to both the location and the people. Being able to build his career in the place he calls home is important to him, but equally valuable are the relationships he has formed along the way.
