TEAM Member Spotlight – Kristin McBride
Meet Kristin McBride, a dedicated and compassionate member of the TEAM family who has been making a meaningful impact since July 18, 2022. Kristin serves as our HR Generalist / Recruitment, playing a vital role in supporting employees and helping shape the future of TEAM through thoughtful hiring and employee engagement.
What Kristin finds most exciting about her role is the opportunity to interact with employees every day. She truly enjoys helping team members navigate questions or challenges they may be facing and takes pride in being someone others can rely on. Kristin is also deeply involved in employee appreciation activities, helping create moments that remind our employees just how valued they are.
A favorite part of Kristin’s job is representing TEAM at college career fairs, local schools, and community job fairs. She loves meeting students, sharing what makes TEAM unique, and explaining why it’s such a great place to build a career. There’s nothing more rewarding for her than seeing someone she met at a career fair choose to apply, move through the hiring process, and ultimately become part of the TEAM.
Outside of work, Kristin keeps busy with a variety of creative and hands-on hobbies. She enjoys quilting and leatherworking, loves spending time gardening and baking, and is deeply involved in raising and breeding Quarter Horses. These horses are used by her daughter to compete in rodeo, making it a family passion that keeps them busy and active. Kristin chose to apply at TEAM because she knew it was a company that was truly employee-focused, offered great benefits, and valued people as individuals; not just numbers. That belief has only been strengthened during her time here. When Kristin needed to be out for six weeks for a hip replacement, TEAM made the process smooth and stress-free, allowing her to focus fully on her recovery without worrying about her position. This experience reinforced just how much TEAM supports TEAM MEmber needs.
One of Kristin’s proudest professional accomplishments has been her continued growth and career development. With TEAM’s support, she completed the coursework and testing to earn her SHRM-CP certification, a milestone that reflects both her dedication and TEAM’s investment in its TEAM Members. To Kristin, Driving Innovation means going beyond standard expectations and continually striving to be better in all areas.
Kristin believes others should work at TEAM not only because TEAM Members are put first, but because TEAM also supports the local communities it serves. As a rural employer, TEAM brings opportunity, stability, and growth to the small towns where it operates—something Kristin values deeply.
Her supervisors selected Kristin for this spotlight because of her experience, strong work ethic, and willingness to take on any challenge. She has jumped into HR and Recruitment with confidence, representing TEAM across multiple venues and working extensively with team members from the hiring process through the day-to-day hurdles of employment.
Kristin is truly a tremendous asset to TEAM and the Bagley HR Department. Her efforts are noticed and appreciated daily, and we are grateful for her hard work, professionalism, positive attitude, and the lasting impact she continues to make at TEAM.
