TEAM Member Spotlight: Ken Lashinski, Automation Engineer | TEAM Cambridge

Meet Ken Lashinski, a dedicated and innovative TEAM Member who has been part of the TEAM Industries family for nearly 25 years. As an Automation Engineer at our TEAM Cambridge facility, Ken plays a key role in developing and implementing automation solutions that keep TEAM moving forward.

Ken is a proud husband, father of two sons, and grandfather. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, and traveling with friends and family—staying connected to the outdoors and the people he cares about most.

He joined TEAM because he wanted to be part of a growing rural-based company that values and supports its long-term employees. Over the years, that’s exactly what he’s experienced. For Ken, the best part of his job—alongside working with great coworkers—is seeing the results of the projects he helps bring to life. He especially enjoys the larger automation builds, where teamwork, problem-solving, and a little bit of ingenuity come together to accomplish big things.

Ken was selected for this spotlight because he truly embodies one of TEAM’s core values: Driving Innovation. With more than 150 automation projects under his belt, Ken brings creativity, experience, and a forward-thinking mindset to every challenge. He’s known for tackling projects others thought couldn’t be done—and delivering results that speak for themselves. Now, he continues to take on increasingly complex initiatives, helping shape the future of automation at TEAM.

Ken credits his success to self-motivation, continuous learning, and the collaborative spirit at TEAM. “We use technology, engineering ideas, and years of experience to keep pushing ahead,” he says.

What Ken appreciates most about TEAM is the open communication, strong support from coworkers, and the family-oriented, rural environment that makes work feel like home.
