Meet Kaine Lundmark, a dedicated and steadfast member of the TEAM Industries family!

Kaine grew up and graduated in Bagley, MN. Shortly after graduating in 2012, he joined TEAM Industries, starting his career in the Quality Department as a Quality Sorter. He then went on to further his education and during college, Kaine expanded his skills by completing an internship as a buyer and, after graduating, returned to TEAM as a Production Scheduler. Today, he serves as a Lead Production Scheduler, continuing to grow and contribute to TEAM’s success.

Kaine finds excitement in his role through the challenge of managing the ever-changing production schedule — no two days are the same! One of his favorite projects was organizing and cataloging the PPAP Warehouse, a project that showcased his attention to detail and drive for continuous improvement. A major accomplishment Kaine is proud of is completing his APICS training and earning his CPIM certification, a testament to his commitment to professional development.

For Kaine, Driving Innovation means constantly improving to better meet customer needs and strengthen TEAM’s footprint in the market. What he values most about TEAM Industries is the “tight-knit, family vibe” — despite being a large company, there’s a strong sense of unity and support that brings everyone together.

Outside of work, Kaine stays active with his favorite activities, including volleyball, bags, basketball, darts, and more. He’s also a proud dad to a little girl who is almost one!

He was selected for this spotlight because of his consistent hard work, reliability, and dedication to continuous growth. His wide range of knowledge and willingness to take on any task has made a significant impact on TEAM’s overall success.
