Meet our TEAM Spotlight Member, Jackie Post

For 28 years, Jackie Post has been an invaluable part of TEAM. Today, she serves as our Supply Chain Commodity Manager, overseeing sand and permanent mold castings, subcontract finishing, shims, and powdered metal.

Jackie’s career journey at TEAM began as a Scheduler at our Park Rapids location. During the recession, she took on multiple responsibilities which included Scheduling, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Shipping & Receiving prior to moving into the Materials Manager role. In 2021, she joined Supply Chain as a Commodity Manager.

What Jackie enjoys most about her role is problem solving, improving processes, and building meaningful relationships with TEAM members and suppliers. She takes pride in applying the knowledge she’s gained over nearly three decades to strengthen processes, mentor others, and lead by example.

When asked what “Driving Innovation” means to her, Jackie shared:

“It’s about always driving for positive change and improvement. If you stop moving forward, you are moving backward. We must stay engaged in betterment to prevent falling behind.”

Outside of work, Jackie is just as active in her community and serves as the Clerk for her township. She also enjoys spending time with her family. She enjoys watching her son, Gage, play amateur baseball, and enjoys kayaking with her daughter, Layla, as well as making family memories at the lake.

For Jackie, the best part about TEAM is the people and the forward-thinking vision of leadership. She stated, “With all of us driving to make TEAM better and stronger, it benefits the organization and everyone who works here.”

Jackie’s peers and management stated that Jackie has been a cornerstone of TEAM for 28 years, consistently demonstrating exceptional dedication and passion for the company’s success. Her deep knowledge of TEAM systems, particularly Epicor and her ability to build strong relationships through effective negotiation make her an invaluable asset to the Supply Chain team.

She is always willing to lend a hand, whether it’s generating a critical report or training new employees. Her proactive attitude and reliability have allowed her to take on numerous responsibilities, all of which she fulfills with timeliness and excellence.

Her unwavering commitment, collaborative spirit, and outstanding performance make Jackie a truly deserving choice for this TEAM Spotlight.
