Christmas is the spirit of giving and TEAM Industries makes sure to give our employees a fabulous Christmas Party with plenty of music, good food, prizes and enjoyable conversation with coworkers outside of work.

A mashed potato martini bar with all the fixings started things off during social hour and prize registration. Continued during social hour, folks gathered in their individual plant banquet rooms with many games to be played and conversations to be had.

This was followed up by a plated meal of stuffed chicken and pork, serving approximately 800 people.  Kudos to the Shooting Star Casino for being able to accommodate such a large group. Prizes were given to employees by a random drawing.  Gifts of crockpots, electric roaster grills, Blackstone Grills and even NFL tickets on the 50-yard line at a Vikings/Packers Game were given.

Badder Bacon, formerly known as Bad Bacon, (TEAM CEO, Dave Ricke, Sales Director, Chris Bracas and CFO, Chad Armstrong) performed with some well-known songs and drew names for corporate prizes.  All employees left their plant banquet rooms and the walls opened up to create a large common room for all TEAM employees to gather together and visit and listen to the music.  Employees attending the event were eligible for the prizes, which contained bundled items.  Kitchen Bundles, Hunting and Fishing Bundles, TV bundles and Vacation Bundles, which included some added PTO and others.

Rounding out the evening, one of the area’s best bands, October Road, gave an awesome performance.

You have to admit, TEAM knows how to throw a fantastic party.
