TEAM Member Spotlight: Trevor Lund – TEAM Audubon

At TEAM, our greatest strength has always been our people and their dedication, expertise, and commitment to innovation. This month, we are proud to spotlight Trevor Lund, who has been a valued member of our TEAM Audubon facility for more than three decades.

From Hitterdal to TEAM

Trevor grew up in Hitterdal, MN, graduating in 1991 before attending Detroit Lakes Vo-Tech. Encouraged by a family member who worked at TEAM and shared positive experiences, he decided to apply and officially joined TEAM Audubon on February 7, 1994. Today, he and his wife live just south of Lake Park, raising Their children who are now preparing to graduate themselves.

Career Growth and Opportunity

Trevor’s career began on the production floor in the gearing department, where he gained valuable hands-on manufacturing experience. In 1998, he transitioned to the Engineering Department as an Engineering Technician, later advancing to Manufacturing Engineer, and eventually to his current role as Cost Estimator. For over a decade, he has worked closely with Supply Chain, Sales, and Product Development, ensuring new projects are competitive, efficient, and ready for production.

Impactful Work

What Trevor enjoys most about his role is being involved in the early stages of projects. where He analyzes design scope, costs, and feasibility before production begins. A standout achievement for him was contributing to the development of TEAM’s bevel gear differential cell, a complex project that highlighted the power of collaboration and innovative thinking.

Dedication and Innovation

After more than 31 years of service, Trevor views his career as a journey of adaptability, growth, and continuous problem-solving. He takes pride not only in the milestones he has achieved but also in the many projects and solutions he has helped bring to life.

When asked what “Driving Innovation” means to him, Trevor explains:

“We provide solutions in the powertrain business to our customers, and we strive to improve our products and services through innovative solutions. We like to think outside of the box!”

Trevor’s career reflects TEAM’s values in action; commitment, innovation, and a willingness to embrace new challenges. His decades of experience and steady leadership continue to make a lasting impact on TEAM and inspire those around him.
