Assembly Operations

TEAM currently has 2 facilities with assembly operations. One in Bagley, MN and the other in Ramos, Mexico. We are proud to produce more than 900,000 assemblies annually. Our utilization of automation helps us to achieve the low costs, efficiency, and the best quality. We record and analyze gear NVH levels to be traced back to serial numbers. In addition, we use end of the line testing, which includes shifting, spinning, load testing, oil fill and sensor and actuator checks. TEAM’s philosophy of Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing plays heavily into the development of our assembly processes. By using lean principles, six sigma, and Kaizen events we eliminate waste, optimize our assets, and improve our processes and products.
