Snocross is the most popular form of snowmobile racing. With its high-flying aerial displays and short-track, it's both a spectator and television friendly sport. A snocross track is comprised of tight turns, sharp bermed corners, and a variety of bumps and moguls, which allow drivers to catch big air. Snocross pilots often reach heights of 30 feet after launching off a huge jump and land up to 100 feet beyond the jump! Crashing, swapping paint, and flying off the track are exciting parts of snocross racing, just as they are in Winston Cup and Super Cross racing.
