Manufacturing Facilities | Fässler Honing
Located throughout Minnesota and North Carolina, our seven plants provide more than 850,000 square feet of technologically-advanced manufacturing space. All have attained or are seeking ISO 9001:2000 compliance or certification. In addition, we have manufacturing engineers at every facility who ensure that we are using the latest manufacturing and management procedures to deliver maximum manufacturing efficiency and quality.
More than 250 CNC machining and turning centers provide flexibility in choice of equipment and scheduling to meet customer's needs, as well as maximum productivity and cost effectiveness. Milling and contouring is available with up to 5 axes. Twin spindles, live tool milling, gantry and other robotic part handling offer productivity enhancements. TEAM offers more than 15 CNC cylindrical, centerless, internal, and surface grinders for post heat-treat finishing of bearing journals and other features.
TEAM offers 12 CNC parallel-axis gear hobbers, 5 Gleason 175 hypoid machines, CNC and manual gear honers, shavers, and shapers. We utilize 8 broaches up to 15 ton, 13 spline rollers for cold forming splines up to 5" in length, and a variety of thread rolling and other equipment for cold forming threads or similar external features.
