Online orders are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please carefully review your shipping address and contact information before submitting your order. Indicate "damaged" when you sign for the materials. Keep the shipping carton, hold the goods. Notify us by phone for instructions. Any damaged goods MUST be reported within 7 days of the date of invoice.
Under no circumstances will any product be accepted or considered for return after 30 days from the invoice date. Customers may return product for credit when the following procedures are followed: Please call (218) 844-3283 for a return merchandise authorization (RMA). We will not accept any returns without an RMA. Include a copy of the original invoice and a note containing your name, address, phone number and a brief explanation for the return. Returns without this information will be delayed. All returns are for credit only. No cash or check refunds will be given. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. Any installed or used items will not be accepted. You may try the item for fitment purposes only. Electronic mechandise or special orders cannot be returned under any circumstance. Only new, uninstalled parts can be returned and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer will be responsible for all shippping charges incurrened from the original order and any return shipments.
TEAM Industries < Aftermarket must be notified within 7 days after receiving shipment of shortages to the order. Inspect all shipments thoroughly.
Sales tax will be added to your order as necessary.
Freight charges are the responsibility of the customer. Our standard shipping method is UPS ground within the continental U.S. Shipping to Alaska, Canada, and foreign countries is subject to additional charges. We ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders received prior to 12:00 pm Central Time will be shipped the same day if all items in the order are in stock. Orders placed after 12:00 pm Central Time will be shipped the following business day.
