TEAM Industries brings the next generation of four-wheel-drive systems to the ATV and utility vehicle industries with its new SmartLocker Electronic Traction Control differential system . By utilizing the built-in intelligence of an electronic microprocessor, the SmartLocker outsmarts all other electronic locking differential and mechanical locking differential systems currently on the market.
 
Its built-in intelligence provides better handling, lighter steering, safer operation and seamless traction control – all without the operator having to lift a finger.

SmartLocker™ Electronic Disconnect

TEAM Industries’ SmartLocker Electronic Disconnect is an inter-axle differential that automatically distributes torque to the front axle when it detects rear wheel slippage. TEAM’s Disconnect eliminates the annoyances of mechanical differentials, having no cables to adjust and no engagement dogs or splines to ratchet. The SmartLocker Electronic Disconnect delivers all the pleasing advantages of electronics to 4 wheel drive systems, with the added benefit of full engine braking.

EV30 Electric Transaxle

The TEAM EV30 Electric Transaxle is the toughest, most quiet axle on the market.  

The EV30 drivetrain’s compact design and versatile mounting points allows it to fit neatly onto the existing vehicle mounting points and interfaces with many existing vehicle systems along with new vehicle design concepts.

Load ratings to 3000 lb GVW, torque rating 24 ft-lb continuous, ratios 8.1 to 17:1.  Independant suspension or rigid axle tubes.
