WINNING: Monthly Drawings: To enter, participants can complete registration form by 11:59 PM on the last day of each month. Winners will be randomly selected by TEAM Industries, whose judging decisions are final. Each monthly drawing will consist of all eligible entries received during that calendar month.

PRIZES AND ODDS OF WINNING PRIZES: Substitution for any prize may be necessary due to unavailability, in which case a comparable prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (where legal) within 14 days of prize notification. In the event of non-compliance with this requirement, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. If prize is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited (for monthly drawing prizes only, an alternate winner will be selected). All federal, state and local taxes on prize are winner's sole responsibility. Any unspecified expenses related to acceptance/use of prize are solely the winner's responsibility. No prize substitution or cash equivalent of prize will be awarded for any reason, except at sponsor's sole discretion due to prize unavailability, and then only for a prize of equal or greater value. No prize transfers. Odds of winning monthly drawing prize will depend on number of eligible entries received per each drawing. Drawing winners will be notified by electronic mail and/or certified mail on or about the same week of the drawing.

ELIGIBILITY: Game is open to any legal continental U.S. resident, 18 years of age or older, (excluding residents of Puerto Rico). Employees of TEAM Industries, Inc. and its participating dealers, and their respective advertising, promotion and judging agencies, and their respective immediate families or persons living in the same household, are not eligible to enter and win. By entering or accepting a prize in this game, winners agree to be bound by these Official Rules and judges' decisions, and to conform to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Unless otherwise prohibited, acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winners' name, likeness and address (city and state), for advertising and publicity purposes for this or similar promotions, without further compensation. TEAM Industries may contact entrants in the future with offers we feel may be of interest. Participants agree to release and hold harmless TEAM Industries, Inc.; their respective parents and subsidiaries; and each of their respective directors, officers, attorneys, employees, and agents, from any damage, injury, death, loss or other liability that may arise from winners' acceptance or use of any prize or from winners' participation in this promotion, or from the misuse or malfunction of any prize award.
